The class starts 18th of November. 6pm - 9pm every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday for one month. In the class you will be equip with the essential skills and technique to become a pro baker.
Only 6 students will be taken for the class. And this will be the first 6 students to register by 16th of November.
The class will be physical and the location is:

- Identify ingredients for 4 different cake flavors (Vanilla, coconut, red velvet and strawberry cake)
- Apply appropriate mixing techniques.
- Bake and accurately identify doneness.
- Identify proper storage and cooling techniques.
- Make icing (American and Simple Swiss Maringue Buttercream)
- Trim and level cakes
- Crum code cakes
- Cover cakes with butter cream/icing
- Cover cakes with fondant
- Get sharp edges with fondant.
- Assemble a 2-Tier cake.
- Utilize baker’s scale and other pastry tools.
- Develop time saving techniques and safe work habits.
The total cost of Essential Cake Baking and Production Course is $1500.
The initial deposit to get started is $500. There will be a recurring payment of $500 two times till the total payment is $1500 which can be paid physically.
Your payment will stop once the total price is $1500.
